The Working Principle of 977HP differential pressure regulating valve:
The hydrogen pressure is introduced above the main diaphragm through the external control pipeline, and the sealing oil pressure is introduced into the lower part of the main diaphragm through the external control pipeline. When the hydrogen pressure increases, the spring drives the diaphragm and valve stem assembly to move down, the opening of the valve port increases, and the outlet flow of the differential pressure valve increases, which increases the sealing oil pressure until it reaches equilibrium near the set differential pressure value ΔP.
On the contrary, when the hydrogen pressure decreases, the spring drives the diaphragm and valve stem assembly to move up, the opening of the valve port decreases, and the outlet flow of the differential pressure valve decreases, causing the sealing oil pressure to decrease until it reaches equilibrium near the set differential pressure value ΔP.
