The inflation pressure can refer to the following values:
1. Impact buffer: use the common pressure at the accumulator set point or a slightly higher pressure as the inflation pressure;
2. Pulse damping: 60% of the average pulse pressure is used as the inflation pressure;
3. Energy storage: The inflation pressure should be determined within the range of 90% below the minimum working pressure of the system (typically 60% to 80%) and 25% above the maximum working pressure;
4. Thermal expansion compensation: The lowest or slightly lower pressure in the closed circuit of the hydraulic system is used as the inflation pressure.
1. The accumulator must be inspected before filling with nitrogen
2. When filling nitrogen, proceed slowly to prevent bursting the capsule.
3. The accumulator cannot be filled with nitrogen, compressed air, or other combustible gases.
