Usage
The usage of DFSS type steam turbine cylinder sealing grease:
● the cylinder surface shall be clean and free of oil, foreign matters and dust.
● after fully mixing, apply the sealing grease on the cylinder surface with a thickness of 0.5-0.7mm. A certain size shall be reserved around the screw hole and inside the cylinder surface to prevent the sealing grease from entering the flow passage system.
● after fastening the cylinder bolts, wipe away some of the sealing grease overflowing from the periphery.
● there is no need to wait for standing after the cylinder is screwed, and the sealing grease will solidify after the unit is started and heated up.
