The basic function of the pressure transmitter CS-III is that during the operation of the hydraulic system, impurities and particles in the oil are blocked by the filter element in the oil filter, causing the filter element to gradually block, resulting in a pressure difference (i.e. pressure loss) between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches 0.35Mpa, the power is automatically turned on and a signal is displayed, which can be used to guide the replacement or cleaning of the filter element.
Advantages
(1) The pressure difference transmitter CS-III has high power, reliable operation, high sensitivity, and good seismic performance.
(2) When the hydraulic system is started or the instantaneous flow rate increases or decreases, the transmitter will not send an error signal.
(3) Will not cause the originally set differential pressure signal value to be inaccurate due to collision or other reasons.
(4) There is a standard hydraulic electric wiring plug base, which can be selected in any of the four directions within the installation plane as needed during installation.
(5) Both AC and DC can be used, with an AC voltage of up to 220V.
(6) The connection thread of the pressure difference transmitter CS-III is M22x1.5.
Install
1. The inlet and outlet directions of the transmitter are consistent with those of the oil filter.
2. The transmitter is fixed by the wiring post and cap, and users cannot remove it arbitrarily.
3. The wire connection indicator light or sounder on terminal 2 is used for signaling.
