Operational principle
The dual cylinder mesh oil filter mainly consists of components such as the shell, filter element component (Double barrel oil filter disc SPL-32 is included), and conversion valve body. There are two pairs of oil inlet and outlet ports on the outer side of the conversion valve body cavity, with the oil system entering and exiting from below and connecting to the external oil pipe through a pipe threaded joint or flange. There is a drain hole with a screw plug at the bottom of each of the two filter element cavities for draining dirty oil. To fix the filter, there is a flange with bolt holes on the housing for installation.
The conversion valve body is a cone made of cast aluminum alloy, which is ground and matched with the valve hole. The valve body is cast with two oil passage holes, one end of the upper oil passage hole passes through the oil chamber above the filter element, one end passes through the filter outlet, one end of the lower oil passage hole passes through the filter chamber, and one end passes through the filter inlet. When the conversion valve quickly switches from one extreme position to another extreme position, the valve body closes the passage of one filter chamber and opens the passage of the other filter chamber, At this point, the pressure oil flows into the filter chamber from the inlet of the filter, and the clean oil filtered by the filter plate SPL-32 flows out from the outlet through the upper oil chamber, achieving the purpose of filtering the oil. Installation and cleaning
1. Unscrew the nut on the filter cover to remove the filter element component.
2. The filter element components can be cleaned as a whole or disassembled for cleaning. When disassembling and cleaning, remove the nuts first, and then take out the spring seat, spring, and bushing, double barrel oil filter disc SPL-32, and filter washer in sequence. (Due to the certain adhesion between the inner ring of the filter and the filter washer, do not pull hard during disassembly and cleaning to avoid damage). Then, place the Double barrel oil filter disc SPL-32 on a special cleaning sleeve and carefully clean it with a brush and light diesel. If the cleaned diesel is dirty, it should be replaced. The appearance of the filter should be carefully inspected. If the filter screen is damaged, it must be replaced immediately. After cleaning, assemble it in the reverse order of disassembly, and maintain cleanliness during assembly. Regardless of overall cleaning or disassembly, it is strictly prohibited for dirt to enter the interior of the filter.
3. Install the cleaned filter element component into the filter element chamber, tighten the nut, and pay attention to the sealing of each sealing joint surface.
