Each valve of the high-pressure fire-resistant oil system of the steam turbine is equipped with an independent hydraulic servo. An oil filter manifold block is set before the high-pressure oil enters the hydraulic servo. The filter element of the hydraulic servo is installed on the hydraulic servo manifold block to filter the oil entering the servo valve and protect the servo valve.
The DP201EA01V/-F filter element is made of imported glass fiber and stainless steel winding mesh. It has the characteristics of convenient sewage discharge, large circulation area, small pressure loss, simple structure, small volume, light weight and uniform filter material. In the hydraulic system, it is used to filter the solid particles and colloidal substances in the working medium and effectively control the pollution degree of the working medium.
Power plant steam turbine actuator includes: high main oil drive, high pitch oil drive, main oil drive, middle oil transfer drive, rotary diaphragm oil actuator, 10 micron filter element, parallel installation, respectively installed in two pumps outlet side high-pressure oil circuit.
