Duplex armored thermocouple WRNK2-221 has advantages such as flexibility, high pressure resistance, short thermal response time, and durability. Like industrial assembled thermocouples, it serves as a sensor for measuring temperature and is usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, and electronic regulators. Armored thermocouples, as temperature measurement sensors, are usually used in conjunction with temperature transmitters, regulators, and display instruments to form a process control system for directly measuring or controlling the temperature of fluids, steam, gas media, and solid surfaces within the range of 0-1500 ℃ in various production processes.
The electrode of the duplex armored thermocouple WRNK2-221 is composed of two different conductor materials. When there is a temperature difference between the measurement end and the reference end, a thermal potential is generated, and the working instrument displays the temperature value corresponding to the thermal potential.
1. The thermocouple has less thermal response time and reduces dynamic error;
2. This thermocouple can be bent for installation and use;
3. The measurement range of this thermocouple is large;
4. The thermocouple has high mechanical strength and good pressure resistance.
The armored thermocouple WRNK2-221 has an ambient temperature of 20 ± 15 ℃, a relative humidity of not more than 80%, and a test voltage of 500 ± 50V (DC). The insulation resistance between the electrode and the outer sleeve is>1000 M Ω.
The insulation resistance of a 1m long sample is 1000M Ω;
The insulation resistance of a 10m long sample is 100M Ω
