Maintain
1. Regularly replace the filter element DP1A601EA03V-W: Replace according to the replacement cycle and requirements provided by the equipment manufacturer to avoid clogging of the filter element.
2. Regular cleaning: For filter elements that can be cleaned, clean them according to the cleaning method and cycle provided by the equipment manufacturer to keep the filter element unobstructed.
3. Keep the system clean: Avoid creating dust in the work area, maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the computer room, and reduce the entry of impurities.
4. Installation of pre filter: Install a pre filter at the inlet of the EH oil pump, which can effectively filter out larger particles and reduce the load on the pump outlet filter element.
5. Install differential pressure transmitter: Install differential pressure transmitters at the inlet and outlet of the EH oil pump outlet filter element DP1A601EA03V-W, which can monitor the blockage of the filter element through differential pressure changes and replace or clean the filter element in a timely manner.
