Working process
1. Oil inlet: The EH oil pump introduces oil from the external environment into the filter system. Fire-resistant oil usually contains impurities, particles, and suspended solids.
2. Filtering: After the EH oil enters the EH oil main pump suction filter HQ25.200.11Z, the filter element begins to filter. The HQ25.200.11Z filter element is usually made of high-efficiency filter material, which can effectively remove impurities and particles in the oil. Filter materials are usually composed of fibers, grids, or other materials.
3. Separation: The EH oil main pump suction filter HQ25.200.11Z separates impurities, particles, etc. through various mechanisms such as screening, surface diffusion, adsorption, etc. These impurities will be captured by the filter element in its structure, ensuring the cleanliness of the fire-resistant fuel.
4. Oil outlet: The clean oil filtered by the filter element flows out through the outlet of the filter element system and is ready to enter the turbine anti fuel oil pump for supply to the turbine or other equipment.
