The JLX-30 fine filter element is a core filter element designed for hydraulic systems, especially for online purification of steam turbine EH oil (fire-resistant oil) systems. The filter element effectively intercepts metal wear particles, rubber debris, dust and other pollutants in the oil to ensure the cleanliness of EH oil, thereby ensuring the stable operation of key components such as the turbine speed control system and servo valve, and extending the service life of fire-resistant oil.

Maintenance

• Safe operation: Before replacement, the oil source needs to be turned off and the pressure needs to be released to avoid residual impurities from contaminating the system; pay attention to the direction of the sealing ring during installation to ensure no leakage.
