Epoxy-ester air-drying red insulating varnish 9130 is made by grinding and mixing epoxy ester air dried varnish with pigments, thickeners, desiccants, etc. It has characteristics such as short drying time, bright and sturdy paint film, strong adhesion ability, acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, moisture resistance, etc. It’s suitable for covering the surface of motor windings. The heat resistance level is F grade.
The insulation grade of epoxy-ester air-drying red insulating varnish 9130 is F grade, and the temperature range of F grade is within 155 ℃. If low-cost A, E, and B grade insulation is used, which is lower than the insulation resistance requirements of the generator, accidents such as insulation breakdown, winding burning, and personal electric shock will occur. If the insulation resistance is too low, it cannot be put into use. The insulation damage of the generator outgoing line and junction box should be repaired in a timely manner, and the damaged parts should be repackaged. Overheating of the winding can also cause insulation aging, requiring repainting or winding.
