Filter element HDX-160×20Q2 adopting multi-layer composite glass fiber filter material and stainless steel skeleton structure, the filtration accuracy can reach 5μm (β≥1000), which can effectively intercept tiny particle pollutants, reduce the risk of equipment wear, and ensure the stability of hydraulic system pressure.
2. High pressure and high temperature adaptability
The designed working pressure is 32MPa, and the transient pressure resistance capacity is 42MPa. It can operate stably in a wide temperature range of -30℃ to 110℃, which is suitable for the oil purification needs under complex working conditions of power plants.
3. Fire-resistant oil compatibility
The filter material and seal are made of phosphate fire-resistant oil compatible materials to avoid filter failure caused by chemical corrosion, which is suitable for long-term circulation filtration of EH fire-resistant oil system.
• Steam turbine speed control system: Filter element HDX-160×20Q2 deployed in high-pressure oil return pipeline to protect high-precision components such as servo valves and proportional valves from contamination.
• Circulation pump inlet protection: as a pre-filter unit, it reduces the risk of particle intrusion into the main pump and valve group.
• Bypass purification system: integrated in an independent filter circuit to achieve offline deep purification of oil and extend the oil change cycle.
• Double-layer support net: stainless steel inner and outer skeletons improve structural strength and prevent filter material collapse.
• End cover seal optimization: Filter element HDX-160×20Q2 adopt fluororubber sealing ring and metal end cover embedded design to ensure sealing reliability under high pressure environment.
• Standardized interface: adapt to ISO/DIN standard flange interface, support quick replacement and system integration.
