Generator Hydrogen sealing Sealant D20-75 is lightweight and is not affected by water, oil, gasoline, glycerol, steam, gas vapor, or exhaust gas, maintaining a viscous state at all times. Withstand extreme temperatures; it will not harden, maintains effective sealing, is shockproof, and is easy to disassemble and adjust during maintenance. Prevent corrosion and "freezing" of metal parts. Sealing is not subject to temperature changes.
Generator Hydrogen sealing Sealant D20-75 can completely replace sealant T20-75 and sealant T20-26.
1. Before use, wipe the surface; clean the sealing groove inside the end cap, and store dry.
2. Before threading the rotor, perform a trial assembly of the outer end cap. Mainly check the gap between the horizontal and vertical split planes. When tightening 1/3 of the bolts, use a 0.03mm feeler gauge to check if it should not enter.
3. Before closing the outer end cap, generator hydrogen sealing sealant D20-75 should be pre filled in the sealing groove of the joint surface, and then evenly tighten the bolts. Use a dedicated KH-32 or KH-35 glue injection gun to inject generator hydrogen sealing sealant D20-75 into the sealing groove.
4. Glue injection method: Select a glue injection hole and slowly inject, then flow out from adjacent holes. Inject in sequence until fully filled.
5. Evenly inject and exhaust the gas in the tank to avoid false filling.
6. The use of diluents is not allowed.
