Generator room temperature curing adhesive HDJ-16 is suitable for fixing the end of the generator stator winding, such as binding the winding end, coating the connecting wire insulation, and impregnating polyester felt. It has good mechanical and electrical properties and high bonding strength. Suitable for generators with insulation and heat resistance level F (temperature resistance of 155 ℃).

1. Fast curing speed: After bonding, the highest bonding strength can be achieved at room temperature of 25 ℃ for 3 hours or 20 ℃ for 5 hours, which is 5-6 times faster than commonly used bisphenol A epoxy and aliphatic amine room temperature curing adhesives.
2. Adhesive strength: 25 ℃ for 3 hours
The strength of generator room temperature curing adhesive HDJ-16 is as follows:
Shear strength: alloy aluminum 22-25Mpa; Stainless steel 27-30Mpa; Copper and copper alloy 15-17Mpa;
Tensile strength: Ordinary steel 55-60Mpa is 1.4 times higher than commonly used room temperature curing adhesives.
3. Good heat resistance: The shear strength of aluminum alloy bonding at 60 ℃ is measured to be 8-10Mpa, which is about twice that of commonly used room temperature curing adhesives. Moreover, the strength does not decrease after 200 hours of thermal aging at 120 ℃.
