Structural design and technical characteristics

1. Straight-through structure optimization

Globe valve SHV25 adopts a straight-through flow channel design, which can effectively reduce the flow resistance of the medium and reduce pressure loss. The valve stem and valve seat are matched through precision machining to ensure that high sealing performance can be maintained during frequent opening and closing operations. The internal structure of the valve body is compact, which can adapt to the impact load under high-pressure environment and avoid sealing failure caused by vibration.

 

2. Sealing performance guarantee

The valve achieves double sealing by combining metal hard seals with elastic elements, which can block medium leakage at a nominal pressure of 1.6MPa. The specially designed valve core guide structure can automatically compensate for wear and extend service life. In addition, the valve can maintain the oil pressure in the accumulator higher than the inflation pressure when closed to prevent the airbag from being damaged due to pressure imbalance.

 

3. Material and process adaptability

The valve body is made of 304/316 stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for highly corrosive media such as fire-resistant oils (such as phosphate esters). The key components are surface hardened with a hardness of HRC45 or above to ensure wear resistance. 1. Core components of accumulator safety valve group

As a key isolation unit between the accumulator and the system pipeline, Globe valve SHV25 is integrated into the safety valve group and works in conjunction with the unloading valve and safety valve. Its main functions include:

- Nitrogen charging and debugging: Control nitrogen injection through valves to adjust the accumulator pre-charge pressure to the set value.

- Maintenance isolation: Cut off the accumulator and the main circuit during system maintenance to ensure safe operation.

- Long-term shutdown protection: Close the valve after the unit is shut down to maintain the oil pressure in the accumulator stable and prevent the airbag from aging and rupture.

 

2. EH oil system safety guarantee

In the turbine EH oil system, Globe valve SHV25 uses multiple protection mechanisms to respond to sudden working conditions:

- When the system pressure is abnormal, cooperate with the safety valve to achieve overpressure relief;

Operation specifications and maintenance points

1. Operation process

- Opening operation: Rotate the handwheel counterclockwise to the fully open position to confirm that the valve stem stroke is in place.

- Closing operation: Tighten the handwheel clockwise and apply the rated torque (usually marked on the valve nameplate) to avoid damage to the sealing surface due to over-tightening.

- Status confirmation: Monitor the opening and closing effect of the valve through the system pressure gauge to ensure that there is no internal or external leakage.

 

2. Maintenance strategy

- Regular inspection: Perform a sealing performance test every 6 months and use a helium mass spectrometer leak detector to detect the leakage rate (should be ≤1×10⁻⁶ Pa·m³/s).

- Cleaning and maintenance: Disassemble the valve core assembly during shutdown, remove carbonized deposits of fire-resistant oil, and replace worn sealing rings.

- Spare parts management: It is recommended to reserve spare parts of the same batch of valves to ensure the consistency of material performance during maintenance.
