HSN series three-screw pump is kind of displacement type low pressure rotor pump with favorable suction capacity. It is applicable to convey various liquid mediums which have lubricating property and do not contain impurities like solid particles, including fuel oil, hydraulic oil, machine oil, steam turbine oil and heavy oil. Viscosity scope of 3~760 mmP2P/s, conveying pressure ≤4.0Mpa, medium temperature ≤150℃.
HSN series three-screw pump includes one drive screw (the drive) and two slave screws (the slave) which are equipped with shaft sleeves for mutual engagement in the bushing; bushing is installed inside the casing and it’s both ends are composed of front and rear end covers, bearings, mechanical seals and bearing seats. When the drive screw rotates under the driving by the prime motor, slave screws rotates under the pushing by conveying liquid medium due to pressure difference of both sides of spiral surface. In this case, the conveyed liquid goes into the pump suction port and then enters into the seal cavity evenly and continuously along the axial direction of the screw. As drive and slave screws can form the seal cavity under engaged spiral surface with a certain length and the seal cavity volume during movement remains unchanged during movement, the medium can be stably conveyed from the pump suction chamber to the discharge chamber to realize liquid medium conveying.
Accurate performance parameters of the HSN series three-screw pump can be obtained from order data or test report and are marked on the pump nameplate. The indicated pressure data is just the similar static pressure load and is not applicable to alternate dynamic pressure load.
As the linear sealing for this screw type is well and slave screw can rotate, this HSN series three-screw pump is featured by no synchronizing gear, high conveying pressure, smart structure, stable performance, high efficiency, uniformity and continuity, no pulse, small noise and vibration, long service life and convenient maintenance and operation.
If the working conditions changes in the future (such as different conveying medium, rotation speed, viscosity, temperature or pressure conditions), we will make studies according to specific situations and confirm whether the above-mentioned changes are applicable to this pump. If there is not any other special agreements, disassembly or repair on delivered pumps can only be made by us or the authorized service unit within the quality assurance period.
