Function
Hydraulic oil return filter element MF1802A03HVP01 is used to filter out solid particles and colloidal substances in the working medium, and control the pollution level of the working medium. The oil inlet or outlet of the drive cylinder is controlled by a servo valve, which receives the drive electrical signal from the servo card and controls the oil inlet or outlet of the servo valve. When the brake is opened and closed, the solenoid valve (AST solenoid valve) is blocked to release the safety oil pressure (AST oil pressure). At this point, the unloading valve opens, and the oil pressure of the oil cylinder is quickly discharged through the unloading valve. The main valve quickly closes under the action of the spring restoring force. Therefore, after normal shutdown, the oil cylinder is closed.
Usage
The filter consists of two single cylinder filters, two one-way valves, a transmitter, etc. It can replace the hydraulic oil return filter element MF1802A03HVP01 without stopping the system, and is suitable for continuous operation of medium and low pressure systems. When the filter element of one of the filter cartridges is blocked to the specified pressure value of the differential pressure transmitter during operation, the transmitter acts and can replace the filter element according to the power supply and indicator prompts. When replacing the filter element, simply rotate the handle of the directional valve to another position to replace the spare filter cartridge.
Attention
1. After blockage, the hydraulic oil return filter element MF1802A03HVP01 should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid damage to the filter element due to the continued increase in pressure difference between the filter elements, which may cause further contamination of the system.
2. The handle of the directional valve must be in place and the filter cartridge on the filter element side needs to be replaced to allow for a small amount of internal leakage.
3. Replace the clogged filter element with a new one hydraulic oil return filter element MF1802A03HVP01 in a timely manner for future use.
