Function
The Jacking oil pump suction filter SFX-660x30 is used to remove worn metal powder and rubber from various components in the oil, ensuring that the oil returning to the tank remains clean. The filter element of this filter is made of chemical fiber filtering material, which has the advantages of high filtering accuracy, large oil flow capacity, small initial pressure loss, and large pollution capacity. It is also equipped with a pressure difference transmitter and a bypass valve.
When the Jacking oil pump suction filter SFX-660x30 is blocked, causing the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet to reach 0.35MPa, the pressure difference transmitter will send an indication signal. At this time, the filter element should be replaced in a timely manner. If the machine cannot be stopped immediately or there is no one to replace the filter element, the bypass valve installed on the upper part of the filter element will automatically open to protect the system.
