Working principle

LVDT sensor 1000TD works based on the principle of differential transformer. It consists of a primary coil and two secondary coils. When the iron core moves in the coil, it causes the magnetic flux in the coil to change, thereby forming a voltage difference signal. After processing, this signal can accurately reflect the displacement of the iron core and achieve high-precision displacement measurement. Specifically, when the primary coil is connected to the excitation signal, the generated magnetic field will cause the two secondary coils to generate induced electromotive force. Since the secondary coils are connected in reverse series, the change in the position of the iron core will cause the output voltage of the secondary coil to change, forming a differential output signal.
