Magneto electric Rotation Speed Sensor ZS-02 uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to measure speed. It is sensitive to Magnetic flux density, magnetic field strength and magnetic flux, and can convert these signals into electrical signals. This speed sensor has the advantages of large output signal, good anti-interference performance, no need for external power supply, and can be used in harsh environments such as smoke, oil, gas, and water.

The magneto electric Rotation Speed Sensor ZS-02 is a power generation sensor (passive) designed for measuring speed gears. Gears should be made of metal materials with strong magnetic permeability. The magnetic gap change caused by the rotation of the speed measuring gear generates an induced electromotive force in the probe coil, which is related to the speed. The higher the speed, the higher the output voltage and the output frequency is proportional to the speed. As the speed further increases, the magnetic circuit loss increases and the output potential tends to saturate. When the speed is too high, the magnetic circuit loss intensifies and the potential drops sharply.
