The LP accumulator NXQ A-25/31.5-L-EH-S of steam turbine is used to absorb and release inertial energy and balance transient load change of the system during operation of steam turbine. It provides stable power output by absorbing excess energy and releasing it when needed.

The difference between the accumulator bladder NXQ A-25/31.5-L-EH-S and the ordinary NBR bladder is that it is made of butyl rubber and is specially used for the EH fire-resistant oil system of steam turbine.

The bladders made of butyl rubber is used in the anti-fuel oil system of steam turbine, mainly because the butyl rubber has good oil resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, which can meet the use requirements of the system in the fuel environment.

The working temperature of the steam turbine fire-resistant oil system is usually high, and the ordinary nitrile rubber is easy to decompose and age the vulcanizer under high temperature conditions, resulting in material performance degradation. In contrast, butyl rubber has good high temperature resistance and can maintain its elasticity and sealing performance at high temperature.

Phosphate ester fire-resistant oil system may have some corrosive substances, such as acidic substances or corrosive media. Butyl rubber performs better in corrosion resistance than normal nitrile rubber and resists the attack of these corrosive substances.
