In the steam turbine jacking oil system, the oil filter ZCL-I-450-B plays a vital role. Its main function is to remove impurities in the lubricating oil and ensure the cleanliness of the oil, thereby protecting the steam turbine bearings from wear and extending the service life of the equipment.

This filter is an automatic backwash filter that uses stainless steel fiber as raw material and has a high degree of porosity and excellent filtration performance. When oil passes through the filter element, solid particles are intercepted on the surface of the filter element, thereby filtering the oil. As filtration proceeds, more and more impurities will accumulate on the surface of the filter element, causing the oil flow rate to decrease and the pressure to increase. In order to solve this problem, the backwash filter element ZCL-I-450-B uses backwash technology to wash away impurities on the surface of the filter element through high-pressure oil, restoring the filter element to cleanliness and ensuring the filtration efficiency of the oil.
