Application of ejection oil solenoid valve MFZ6-90YC in power plant steam turbine

The ejection oil solenoid valve MFZ6-90YC is a DC wet valve electromagnet used to control the oil circuit in the steam turbine fuel injection system. It is suitable for single-phase bridge full-wave rectifier power supply and control circuit with voltage up to 220V. It is mainly used in machine tools and automation systems as a power element of hydraulic solenoid reversing valve.

The main function of the ejection oil solenoid valve MFZ6-90YC is to cut off and control the high-pressure oil that the fuel pump presses into the nozzle, so that the fuel can enter the nozzle from the combustion chamber in the correct posture. When the solenoid valve is charged, the electromagnet will lift the valve core and connect to the oil circuit of the fuel injection pump, and the fuel will be ejected from the nozzle.

 

In the power plant steam turbine, the ejection oil solenoid valve MFZ6-90YC is used to control the injection of fuel to ensure that the turbine can obtain a stable fuel supply during startup and operation. Specific applications include:

- Startup phase: When the steam turbine is started, the ejection oil solenoid valve opens to allow the fuel to enter the combustion chamber to ensure that the steam turbine can start smoothly.

- Operation phase: During the operation of the turbine, the ejection oil solenoid valve accurately controls the injection amount of fuel according to the requirements of the control system to ensure the stable operation of the turbine.

- Shutdown phase: When the turbine is shut down, the ejection oil solenoid valve is closed, the fuel supply is cut off, and the turbine is safely shut down.

 

Notes on installation and use

1. Installation conditions:

- Ambient air temperature: +40℃ to -5℃.

- The altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000m.

- Can be installed in any direction.

- Suitable for long-term working system and intermittent cycle working system.

- The allowable voltage fluctuation range is 85% to 110%.

 

2. Notes on use:

- The electromagnet uses a socket that complies with the ISO4400 standard, and there are two specifications available: with indicator light and without indicator light. The voltage specification of the socket with indicator light must be consistent with the voltage specification of the electromagnet body.

- The manual push rod of the electromagnet is used for manual control during commissioning or emergency. When adjusting, please push the manual push rod slowly, and do not use impact force to avoid damaging the manual push rod and the surface of the guide inner hole, causing the electromagnet to leak oil or fail to reset.

- When using the electromagnet in both directions, ensure that the two electromagnets are energized alternately to prevent the solenoid valve from not working properly.

- An overcurrent protection device should be installed between the electrical control system and the electromagnet to avoid burning the electromagnet and the electronic control components under abnormal conditions.
