The accumulator NXQ-A-10/20 FY is mainly used in the hydraulic control system of power plants. When the system working conditions change, it plays a role in maintaining system pressure and is an auxiliary power source and absorption source.

Before using the accumulator NXQ-A-10/20 FY, inflate the internal bladder through the charging nozzle. There is a metal support at the bottom of the bladder, and the liquid acts on the metal support. When the hydraulic pressure is greater than the air pressure, the bladder retracts and the hydraulic pressure decreases. When the air pressure is greater than the hydraulic pressure, the bladder expands and the hydraulic pressure rises.

When disassembling, the hydraulic and pneumatic pressure inside the accumulator NXQ-A-10/20 FY must be reduced to atmospheric pressure. When disassembling an accumulator at a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure, liquid, nitrogen, and flying parts may cause personal injury accidents.

When discharging nitrogen, the face should avoid the exhaust port and the working space must be ventilated. If the face is close to the exhaust port when discharging nitrogen, it may cause physical injury due to high-pressure gas energy, flying garbage, etc. When discharging nitrogen gas in a closed or narrow room, it may lead to hypoxia.
