Attentions of Installing Bladder Accumulator NXQ-A-25/31.5

A bladder type accumulator is a pressure vessel that needs to be installed according to specifications to avoid errors during installation and ensure optimal performance and safety during use. Yoyik often answers customers’ questions about the installation of NXQ series bladder accumulators. Taking the NXQ-A-25/31.5 accumulator as an example, this article introduces the precautions during installation.

1. Welding, riveting, or mechanical processing shall not be carried out on the accumulator;
2. A stop valve such as SHV4 needle valve with simple operation shall be set between the accumulator and the pipes. This valve is used for inflation, checking the accumulator, adjusting the oil discharge speed, or stopping for a long time.
3. A one-way valve should be installed between the accumulator and the hydraulic pump to prevent the pressure oil stored in the accumulator from flowing back when the pump motor stops running.
4. In order to prevent the accumulator from harming the Plumbing, safety valve or pressure relief valve shall be set at the inlet of the accumulator for accumulators greater than or equal to 10L.
5. The accumulator bladder is only allowed to be filled with nitrogen, and air or oxygen is prohibited. The medium outside the capsule is a hydraulic fluid based on petroleum.
