More advanced online monitoring equipment such as full spectrum analyzer can provide real-time analysis of multiple physical and chemical indicators of oil, including but not limited to acid value, moisture, particle size, etc., which is very useful for comprehensive evaluation of filter element performance and oil status.
If conditions permit, the above monitoring data can be integrated into a central control system, and through algorithm analysis and processing, maintenance warnings can be generated in real time to indicate the best time to replace the filter element 01-361-023, and even predict the life of the filter element to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the fire-resistant oil system.
