Take a 1000MW steam turbine as an example; it is generally necessary to install 3 speed probes MP-988. These probes are M19mm*1.25mm in size and have no intermediate joints, which ensures the transmission efficiency of the signal. During the installation process, it should be noted that MP-988 has an inverted triangle mark on the two symmetrical planes, and the probe positioning depends on this mark. The triangle should be aligned with the center line of the gear and parallel to the gear teeth. There is no order between the two surfaces.

When installing the DEH Rotation Speed Probe MP-988, leave a gap of 0.8mm~1.0mm. If the key point is that the gap and direction are in conflict, pay attention to the direction first, and consider the gap later. In addition, MP-988 has a high degree of integration and does not require a preamplifier, which further improves the reliability of the product.
