In the complex operating environment of thermal power station, boiler as core equipment, its safety and stability are directly related to the operating efficiency and safety of the entire power generation system. As a key overpressure protection device on the boiler, the design and performance guarantee of the opening and closing pressure difference of A41H-25 safety valve are particularly important.
A41H-25 safety valve is a spring micro-opening closed safety valve, which is particularly suitable for equipment or pipelines with medium such as petroleum gas, air, water, etc. whose working temperature does not exceed 300℃. The valve is designed and manufactured according to the nominal pressure standard, and the opening and closing of the valve is controlled by the balance relationship between the elastic force of the spring and the medium pressure, so as to realize overpressure protection for equipment such as boilers.
The valve adopts the working principle of opening and closing pressure difference. The opening and closing pressure difference refers to the difference between the opening pressure and the return pressure of the safety valve, which determines the sensitivity and stability of the safety valve. Reasonable opening and closing pressure difference design can ensure that the safety valve responds in time when the equipment is overpressured, and closes stably after the pressure returns to normal, avoiding unnecessary medium discharge.
Pressure fluctuations in the boiler system of a thermal power station are normal. In order to ensure that the safety valve does not malfunction within the pressure fluctuation range, the opening pressure and return pressure range of the safety valve should be determined according to the design working pressure of the boiler and the maximum allowable working pressure. At the same time, select the appropriate spring stiffness. The stiffness of the spring determines the opening and closing force of the valve under different pressures, which in turn affects the opening and closing pressure difference. After setting the pressure, a simulation experiment is performed to verify whether the opening and closing pressure difference of the safety valve meets the design requirements. During the experiment, the spring stiffness and other related parameters are continuously adjusted until the best performance is achieved.
The A41H-25 safety valve must be installed vertically and directly on the joint of the boiler or pipeline to reduce the influence of pipeline resistance and discharge reaction force on valve performance. At the same time, the inner diameter of the joint should not be less than the inlet diameter of the safety valve to ensure smooth flow of the medium.
The outlet of the safety valve should be equipped with an appropriate expansion joint to prevent the thermal expansion of the discharge pipe from causing undue thermal stress to the safety valve. The inner diameter of the discharge pipe should be larger than the outlet diameter of the valve, and the length should be as short as possible to avoid turning to reduce resistance. In addition, the weight of the discharge pipe and expansion joint should not act on the safety valve, and should be fixed to the building to ensure the stable operation of the safety valve.
Regular inspection and maintenance of the A41H-25 safety valve is the key to ensuring its stable performance. The inspection content includes but is not limited to the spring state, the wear of the sealing surface, whether the discharge pipe is unobstructed, etc. Once an abnormality is found, it should be handled in time to avoid affecting the normal operation of the safety valve.
