According to the complexity and scale of the turbine system, the fire-resistant oil regeneration system is divided into independent processing areas, such as crude oil area, purification treatment area, finished oil area, etc., and each area is equipped with corresponding filtering and monitoring equipment. For large units, parallel processing units are designed so that while part of the oil is being processed in a certain stage, the other part of the oil can be processed in other stages or standby to ensure the continuous operation of the system.

The fire-resistant oil regeneration and acid removal strategy implemented in stages or zones combines advanced technical means and scientific management methods, which can not only ensure the continuous and stable operation of large steam turbine units, but also significantly improve maintenance efficiency and economic benefits through refined management. Through the effective application of the dehydration filter element KTX-80 and other key filter elements, combined with automatic control and online monitoring technology, the efficient, intelligent and sustainable fire-resistant oil regeneration treatment is achieved.
