As an important component of hydraulic systems, bladder type accumulators are widely used in various industrial fields. But it is precisely because of the different application scenarios that different materials of bladders vary. The common bladder materials include nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, fluororubber, and hydrogenated nitrile rubber. These types of material accumulator bladders have different characteristics and advantages, and are suitable for different working conditions and application fields.
1. Nitrile rubber (NBR) accumulator bladder:
Nitrile rubber is a synthetic rubber with good oil resistance, heat resistance, wear resistance, and ozone resistance. In the production of accumulator bladders, nitrile rubber is widely used. The nitrile rubber accumulator bladder has good tensile strength and sealing performance, and can withstand high pressure and temperature. In addition, nitrile rubber also has good anti-aging performance, making the service life of the accumulator bladder longer.
Nitrile rubber accumulator bladders are widely used in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, petrochemicals, machine tools and other fields, especially suitable for special working conditions such as high pressure, high temperature, and high load.
2. Butyl rubber (IIR) accumulator bladder:
Butyl rubber is a natural rubber with good elasticity and tensile strength. The butyl rubber accumulator bladder has advantages in sealing performance and service life, and can maintain good performance in certain oil contaminated environments. However, the heat resistance and aging resistance of butyl rubber accumulator bladder are relatively poor, and the application scope is limited.
The butyl rubber accumulator bladder is suitable for applications that require good sealing performance, small temperature changes, and oily environments.
3. Fluororubber (FKM) accumulator bladder:
Fluorine rubber is a high-performance synthetic rubber with excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. The fluororubber accumulator bladder has good stability and service life under harsh working conditions such as high temperature, strong acid, and strong alkali. In addition, fluororubber also has good anti-aging performance.
Fluorine rubber accumulator bladders are widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, metallurgical and other fields, especially suitable for special working conditions such as high temperature and strong corrosion.
4. Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) accumulator bladder:
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber is a modified product of nitrile rubber, which improves its oil and heat resistance through hydrogenation treatment. The hydrogenated nitrile rubber accumulator bladder has excellent tensile strength, wear resistance, and sealing performance, and can maintain good performance under harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and high load.
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber accumulator bladders are suitable for aerospace, automotive manufacturing, petrochemicals, machine tools and other fields, especially for special working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and high load.
