The displacement LVDT sensor TDZ-1G-32 is based on the differential transformer measurement principle and has become an indispensable member in the field of steam turbine control. The TDZ-1G-32 displacement sensor realizes real-time and accurate monitoring of the tiny displacement of the main steam valve through its exquisite differential transformer mechanism. The internal structure of the sensor is cleverly designed. Two sets of secondary coils surround an iron core that moves with the valve displacement. When the valve moves, the slight change in the position of the iron core will cause the corresponding adjustment of the mutual inductance coefficient of the coil, which is then converted into an electrical signal output. The linearity of this process is extremely high, ensuring the reliability of the measurement results.

 

In the dynamic environment of high-speed rotation of the steam turbine, the opening and closing of the main steam valve must be fast and accurate. Any lag may lead to reduced efficiency or system instability. The fast response characteristics of the TDZ-1G-32 displacement sensor enable it to instantly capture small changes in valve displacement and quickly feed back to the control system, providing real-time data support for the DEH or MEH system, ensuring the timely execution of valve control instructions, thereby achieving the optimal load regulation effect.

Considering the complexity of the turbine operating environment, TDZ-1G-32 is designed with a unique sealing structure to effectively isolate the intrusion of harsh factors such as oil pollution, high-temperature steam and mechanical vibration, ensuring long-term stable operation of the sensor and extending its service life. In addition, the use of its isolated electromagnetic induction technology enables the sensor to still output signals stably in the turbine room with dense power equipment and complex electromagnetic environment, avoiding the influence of external interference on the measurement results.
