UHZ-618C17 magnetic flap level gauge often malfunctions in practical applications. Some of these malfunctions are caused by a single component failure, while others are caused by multiple components simultaneously, such as common display panel display abnormalities.
The following is Yoyik’s summary of the causes of abnormal display on the UHZ-618C17 level gauge panel. There are usually several reasons for this type of fault:
1. The gap design between the flipper and the guide rail is unreasonable or too small, resulting in excessive friction and the flipper not flipping;
2. The distance between the display panel and the float is too large, and the magnetic steel driving force of the float is insufficient, resulting in abnormal flipping;
3. The magnetic steel in the flip is too small or the magnetic force disappears, resulting in the flip not flipping or abnormal flipping;
4. Impurities such as water or dust seep into the display panel, causing difficulty in flipping and flipping;
5. The environmental temperature is too low, causing the medium to freeze, the float cannot move, and the flipping plate cannot display the liquid level normally.
