Performance Enhancement of Rotation Speed Sensor ZS-01 In Steam Turbine

Performance Enhancement of Rotation Speed Sensor ZS-01 In Steam Turbine

As an important component of the turbine control system, the rotation speed sensor ZS-01 must be able to provide stable and reliable performance in high temperature and high vibration environments. Let’s take a look at the performance of the ZS-01 rotation sensor in harsh environments and propose a series of strategies to enhance its durability and stability.

Rotation Speed Sensor CS-2 (3)

The rotation speed sensor ZS-01 is a magnetoelectric speed sensor, which is designed to measure speed in harsh environments such as smoke, oil and gas, and water vapor. It uses the principle of electromagnetic induction. When the speed measuring gear rotates, the change in the magnetic gap will generate an induced electromotive force in the probe coil. The amplitude of this signal is directly related to the speed. Since no external power supply is required, the ZS-01 pick sensor shows excellent self-sufficiency and adaptability in complex working conditions.

In the high temperature environment of the turbine, the electronic components and materials of the sensor may face problems such as thermal expansion and performance degradation. At the same time, high vibration will cause increased wear of the mechanical structure, affecting the accuracy and stability of the sensor. Therefore, the rotation speed sensor ZS-01 requires special materials and designs to meet these challenges.

First of all, in terms of material selection, the rotation speed sensor ZS-01 uses a special alloy that is resistant to high temperature and corrosion to make the sensor housing. High-temperature resistant packaging is applied to isolate the high-temperature environment and protect the internal electronic components from damage. In terms of design, the rotation speed sensor ZS-01 adopts a vibration reduction structure to absorb vibration and reduce direct impact on the sensor. When reinforcing the sensor, high-strength bolts and anti-loosening accessories are used to ensure that it can remain stable under high vibration conditions.

In addition, redundant sensors can be equipped in the speed measurement system. Even if one sensor fails, the other can continue to provide data to improve the reliability of the system. Regular calibration, cleaning of the sensor surface, inspection and replacement of worn parts to ensure that the measurement accuracy of the sensor is not affected by environmental factors.

Faced with the harsh environment of high temperature and high vibration of the turbine, the rotation speed sensor ZS-01 can significantly enhance its durability and stability by adopting advanced materials, design and maintenance strategies, ensuring accurate and reliable speed measurement under any circumstances, and providing strong support for the efficient operation and safe control of the turbine.
