RTV epoxy adhesive J0793 is a curing system with high temperature resistance, good toughness, and high reactivity. It is prepared by modifying epoxy resin (component A) with polyurethane prepolymer and self-made curing agent (component B) in a ratio of 10:1 to 1:1 (weight ratio). Among them, polyurethane prepolymer is a polysiloxane polyurethane prepolymer prepared by reacting hydroxyl terminated polysiloxane and diisocyanate in a certain proportion under certain conditions, and then modifying epoxy resin with this polyurethane prepolymer. The self-made curing agent consists of diamines, imidazole compounds, silane coupling agents, inorganic fillers, and catalysts.
