The ZS1DF02N1D16 direct acting solenoid valve can work normally under vacuum, negative pressure, and zero pressure, without requiring the minimum pressure of the medium. It can start at zero pressure, so compared to the pilot type solenoid valve, the starting speed is faster, and is particularly suitable for places that require quick shut-off.

The diameter of ZS1DF02N1D16 solenoid valve generally does not exceed 25mm. The power consumption is higher than that of pilot operated solenoid valves, usually between 5-20W, and it is required to be installed horizontally. But the control is simple and the range of use is wide.

The working principle of the direct acting solenoid valve ZS1DF02N1D16: When the solenoid coil is energized, sufficient electromagnetic force is generated to lift the moving parts (composed of magnetic core, valve stem, upper and lower diaphragms/seals) from the valve seat. The magnetic core directly opens or closes the valve hole, and uses electromagnetic force to push the solenoid valve core to achieve on-off between the air circuits. When the power is cut off, the spring force presses the moving parts onto the valve seat, causing the valve to close.
