The meltblown filter SG65/0.7 is used for generator stator cooling water security filtration. It is made of non-toxic and odorless polypropylene as raw material, which is heated and melted, then sprayed, pulled, and received to form the filter material. The PP filter element SG65/0.7 has a deep filtration structure with uniform pore size, sparse outside and dense inside, and has excellent characteristics of high filtration efficiency and acid and alkali resistance. It can effectively remove impurities such as suspended solids, particles, and rust from the liquid.

Compared with ordinary glass fiber filters or stainless steel filters, the high flow polypropylene filter SG65/0.7 has the following features:

1. (1) The polypropylene filter SG65/0.7 has a dense and uniform pore size, and high filtration efficiency. Due to the bridging phenomenon of particles in the filter channel, particles smaller than the channel can also be blocked, resulting in a filtration efficiency of over 98%.
2. (2) The polypropylene filter SG65/0.7 has high cleanliness and no pollution to water quality.
3. (3) Resistant to corrosion by chemical reagents such as acid and alkali, as well as organic solvents.
4. (4) The SG65/0.7 filter element has high strength, and when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter is 0.4 MPa, the filter element does not deform.
