The tachometer HZQW-03H is mainly used to measure and monitor the rotating speed of steam turbine, which is an instrument specially designed for turbine units from Harbin. It can accurately detect the rotating speed of the turbine rotor, so as to realize the real-time monitoring of the rotating speed. The number of teeth can be adjusted automatically or set at the factory as required by the customer.

The Rotational speed meter HZQW-03H is unique in that it can not only monitor the rotating speed of the steam turbine, but also specially monitor the impactor in the steam turbine (also known as collision and abrasion monitoring). Therefore, this tachometer has different characteristics from other tachometers:

• High frequency response: the tachometer HZQW-03H has a higher sampling rate and response speed to ensure that even very short impacts can be accurately recorded.
• Precise measurement range: HZQW-03H pays more attention to the accurate measurement within the low speed range in the design, because the collision between the rotor and the stator is more frequent when the steam turbine is started or in low load operation.
• Diagnosis and alarm function: HZQW-03H integrates more advanced diagnosis algorithm and alarm system, which can send alarm timely when an impact event is detected, so that the operator can take corresponding measures.
• Anti-interference capability: as the impact monitoring is very sensitive to signal interference, the speed meter HZQW-03H adopts special anti-jamming design to shield the interference of electromagnetic signal, so as to ensure reliable operation in complex industrial environment.
• Human-machine interface and data processing: Compared with other speed monitor, HZQW-03H provide more friendly human-machine interface and more advanced data processing capacity, so that operators can analyze and understand monitoring data more easily.
