The air pipe GJCFL-15 plays a sealing and connecting role in the gap measurement device, used to transmit cooling air for gap sensors. Ensure that the connection between the gas supply pipeline and the electrical wiring pipe is flexible, so that the gap sensor can freely move downward 50mm perpendicular to the rotor, otherwise it will affect the subsequent debugging and normal operation of the device.

The GJCT type gap measurement device has accuracy and stability, and can stably measure the rotor gap under harsh conditions of high temperature in the air preheater. The probe adopts ceramic metallized high-temperature oxidation resistant material, which can have good heat resistance and corrosion resistance under high temperature conditions to ensure the stability and lifespan of the probe.

The gap sensor GJCT-15-E uses a non-contact method without wear to measure the air leakage gap. The measurement and adjustment of the control system are carried out in real-time, with real-time monitoring, alarm, and recording functions, which can help operators discover and solve abnormal gap problems in a timely manner, ensuring the normal operation of the boiler.
