The relief solenoid valve DB15G-2-L5X/5/2 mainly plays a constant pressure overflow and safety protection role in hydraulic equipment. Constant pressure overflow function: In the throttling and regulating system of the quantitative pump, the quantitative pump provides a constant flow rate. When the system pressure increases, it will reduce the flow demand. At this point, the overflow valve opens, causing excess flow to overflow back into the oil tank, ensuring that the inlet pressure of the overflow valve, i.e. the pump outlet pressure, remains constant (the valve port often opens with pressure fluctuations).

The working principle of the DB15G-2-L5X/5/2 relief valve:

The pressure oil at the oil inlet acts on its bottom through a damping piston, forming a hydraulic pressure that opposes the spring force. When the hydraulic pressure is less than the spring force of the pressure regulating spring, the cone valve closes and this valve does not have a pressure regulating effect. As the inlet pressure continues to increase. When the hydraulic pressure exceeds the spring force, the cone valve opens and excess oil overflows back into the tank, stabilizing the inlet pressure at the set value.
