The magnetoresistive speed sensor CS-1 (G-075-02-01) is a sensor that uses the reluctance effect to detect speed. The basic principle is that when the magnetic field interacts with the resistance element of the sensor, the resistance value will change due to the change of magnetic flux. This change can be converted into an electrical signal to reflect the rotational speed information of the EUT.
The CS-1 speed sensor can be divided into high resistance and low resistance based on different resistance values of resistance elements of the sensor. These two different resistance sensors are suitable for different application scenarios and measurement accuracy requirements.
The CS-1 (G-075-02-01) sensor we are talking about this time belongs to the high-resistance sensor. It uses elements with high resistance values as sensitive components, which are very sensitive to the change of current during operation. Even small current changes can be detected, thus improving the accuracy of measurement.
In addition, the sensor has strong resistance to electromagnetic interference due to its relatively low output signal voltage. This is particularly important in industrial sites with complex electromagnetic environments to ensure stability and reliability of sensor output signals.
Due to the weak output signal of high-resistance sensors, more complicated signal amplification and processing circuits are required, but this also means that they can provide higher measurement accuracy. This is very important for systems requiring accurate speed control. At the same time, CS-1 (G-075-02-01) sensor shows better anti-jamming capability in some environment with strong electromagnetic interference or less requirements on signal sensitivity.
It can be seen that high resistance and low resistance speed sensors have their own characteristics in sensitivity, anti-jamming capability, measurement accuracy and signal processing requirements. The type of sensor to be selected depends on the actual application environment and performance requirements.
