However, the self-ignition point of phosphate ester fire-resistant oil is relatively high, even if it falls on the surface of hot steam pipelines, it will not burn. The fire-resistant oil also has the possibility of flames not being able to sustain and spread, greatly reducing the threat of fires to power plants.

Therefore, the A-10/31.5-L-EH accumulator used for steam turbine fire-resistant oil systems is also different from ordinary hydraulic oil systems. The bladder of fire-resistant oil accumulator is generally made of Butyl rubber, and fluororubber will be used for those with higher requirements. One of the advantages of Butyl rubber and fluororubber is high temperature resistance, so they are especially suitable for fire resistant oil system in power plants.

The accumulator bladder NXQL-10-31.5-A has the characteristics of small deformation, high strength, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and can be used in high-temperature fire-resistant oil for a long time. If the bladder is made of unqualified rubber, it is easy to age and fall off, contaminate the oil system, and then damage important equipment such as oil pumps and servo valves. Poor quality bladders have a greater risk of rupture and are prone to accidents.
