Generally, when the steam turbine casing wall temperature reaches around 350 ℃ and the load also decreases to a certain extent, the steam turbine can be tripped and disconnected.

At this time, there are two ways to choose from: one is to switch on site, which is the emergency switch button in front of the front box. In this way, the OPC solenoid valve Z6206060 does not operate, and all safety oil on the upper part of the valve unloading valve is removed through the diaphragm valve. The unloading valve opens, and all valves are fully closed.

The second type of remote trip is the accident trip button on the control console. At this time, the local trip button does not act, the AST solenoid valve acts, and the OPC solenoid valve does not act. The OPC security valve is discharged from the AST solenoid valve channel through a one-way valve, and the main throttle valve is also removed. The upper part of the control valve unloading valve is filled with oil, and all valves are fully closed.

It is not allowed to shut down the steam valve through the servo valve. For example, some plant owners do not have servo valves and cannot close them. Once the generator is disconnected, if the middle note is not closed tightly, it will inevitably cause overspeed.
