The main functions of the hydraulic accumulator NXQ-F16/20-H-HT are shock buffering, pulsation damping, and energy storage. The charging pressure of accumulators with different functions also varies. Generally, inflation can be carried out according to the requirements of the accumulator user manual and equipment user manual. Inflation tools are often used to charge nitrogen into the accumulator.
The method for determine the charging pressure of the NXQ-F16/20-H-HT accumulator:
1. Impact buffer: The inflation pressure is taken from the commonly used working pressure or a slightly higher pressure.
2. Pulse damping: The inflation pressure is taken as about 60% of the normal working pressure.
3. Energy storage: below 90% of the minimum working pressure of the system (generally controlled at 60% -80%). High temperature hot oil pumps and accumulators in lubricating oil systems belong to this type.
It is required to regularly inspect and inspect the accumulator every three months. If the pressure is found to be below the set value, nitrogen gas must be added to maintain the pressure between the required range.
