The NXQ type accumulator seal kit has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, high speed, and good sealing. Yoyik recommends it for the NXQ-L40/31.5H accumulator. At the connection between the accumulator and the hydraulic system, as the system pressure changes, the sealing ring is often damaged and causes leakage, so the sealing ring needs to be replaced frequently.

The method of replacing the NXQ-L40/31.5H accumulator is also relatively simple. Remove the lower oil pipe joint of the accumulator, loosen the accumulator bracket clamp, lift the accumulator down, and place it steadily on the rubber. Remove the O-ring of the joint seal, wrap the accumulator joint and oil pipe joint with silk, loosen the inflation head and tighten the nut.

Then loosen the connector installed on the accumulator, loosen and remove the nut, gently tap the bushing ring and remove it. Push the mushroom valve into the shell, remove the O-ring, retaining ring, and support ring, take out the rubber bracket and mushroom valve, and pull out the leather bag.

After removing the seal kit, check if each seal is intact: there is no wear, deformation, or aging. Otherwise, it is recommended to replace all seals when replacing the leather bag.
