As the name suggests, the accumulator LNXQ-AB-80/10 FY is a device used to store energy. It can compress and store the energy in the system at an appropriate time, and then release this energy in a certain form as needed to be replenished to the system. This causes the system to face an instant increase in pressure, and in order to avoid insufficient energy causing it to be unable to operate, it can absorb this stored energy to supplement it.

When the Hydraulic accumulator LNXQ-AB-80/10 FY is out of service for a long time, the stop valve between the oil port and the pressure oil pipe should be closed to keep the oil pressure in the accumulator above the inflation pressure. If the accumulator does not function in the device, please check if it is caused by the leakage of the charging valve in order to replenish nitrogen. If there is no nitrogen inside the bladder and oil is leaking from the inflation valve, please disassemble and check if the bladder is damaged. If the accumulator leaks outward, please tighten the connecting part. If there is still oil leakage, please disassemble and replace the relevant parts.

The accumulator LNXQ-AB-80/10 FY has two other uses, one of which is to adjust the hydraulic pump flow rate according to the load flow rate. Specifically, during low-speed motion, when the load flow rate is less than the hydraulic pump flow rate, the excess flow rate can be stored in the accumulator. Conversely, the flow rate in the accumulator can compensate for the insufficient hydraulic pump flow rate. The second is that it can be used to buffer the impact pressure generated during the absorption process of the hydraulic pump system.
