• Appearance inspection: check whether there is damage, crack, bubble, scratch and other defects on the surface of accumulator bladder. Check whether the connection between the capsule and the head, and between the capsule and the capsule is secure.

• Blasting pressure inspection: fill the accumulator bladder with gas, gradually increase the pressure to close to the blasting pressure, and observe whether there is crack, leakage, etc. The bursting pressure of the accumulator bladder shall not be less than 1.5 times of the rated pressure.
• Fatigue performance inspection: conduct a certain number of inflation and deflation cycle tests on the accumulator bladder to check whether there is damage, crack, leakage, etc. to evaluate the fatigue performance of the accumulator bladder.
• Medium compatibility inspection: fill the accumulator bladder with hydraulic oil and check whether there is swelling, deformation, crack, etc. The accumulator bladder shall have good medium compatibility.

The above test and inspection methods can ensure that the quality and performance of the accumulator bladder meet the use requirements. In actual application, the accumulator bladder shall be inspected and maintained regularly to ensure its safety and reliability during use.
