The KEY PULSES SENSOR (KEY PHASOR) DF6202 L=100mm adopts the principle of electromagnetic induction to achieve speed measurement. A coil is wound around the front end of the sensor, and when the gear rotates, the magnetic field line of the sensor coil changes, generating periodic voltage in the sensor coil. By processing and counting this voltage, the speed of the gear can be measured.
The KEY PULSES SENSOR (KEY PHASOR) DF6202 L=100mm has the advantages of small size, sturdy and reliable, long service life, no need for power and lubricating oil, and can be used with general secondary instruments. The shell is made of stainless steel, with strong output signal and good anti-interference performance. It is easy to install and use, and can be used in harsh environments such as smoke, oil and gas, and water vapor.
Installation and usage methods:
(1) Arrangement of KEY PULSES SENSOR (KEY PHASOR) DF6202 L=100mm
When measuring bearing seat vibration (abbreviated as seat vibration), it is necessary to measure the vibration in three directions: vertical, horizontal, and axial.
(2) Fixation of sensors
For permanent measuring points, the sensor adopts rigid mechanical connections, such as bonding, clamping, or fixing with bolts. It is necessary to ensure that the connection is secure; otherwise loose connection parts may generate false vibration signals.
When KEY PULSES SENSOR (KEY PHASOR) DF6202 L=100mm are used for temporary monitoring, they should be equipped with a magnetic base made of permanent magnets and connected to the magnetic base with bolts. During measurement, the magnetic base is adsorbed on the surface of the measured object. The adsorption force of the magnetic seat can reach around 200N. The paint or oil at the measuring point can affect the suction of the magnetic base and needs to be cleaned.
When holding the sensor for measurement, the sensor should be tightly pressed onto the object being measured, and the hand should not shake, otherwise measurement errors may occur.
(3) Operating temperature of speed sensor
Generally below 120 ℃, excessive temperature can cause insulation damage and demagnetization of the KEY PULSES SENSOR (KEY PHASOR) DF6202 L=100mm, resulting in a decrease in sensitivity. For high and medium pressure rotors, it is necessary to avoid shaft seal leakage from directly flushing the sensor.
(4) Output line of speed sensor
There are two output wires: one signal wire and one ground wire. If these two wires are connected in reverse, it will not affect the magnitude of the amplitude, but the phase difference will be 180 °. If balanced based on the data measured in this way, the aggravation angle will also differ by 180 °.
