DFBII80-50-240 is a centrifugal pump specifically designed for the generator stator cooling water system. It belongs to a multi-stage centrifugal pump, consisting of components such as the pump body, pump cover, pump shaft, bearing seat, impeller, mechanical seal, and mechanical seal gland. Among them, the pump body is connected to the motor through an extended elastic coupling. It also includes a wafer type coupling located between the motor output shaft and the pump shaft, as well as a guide bearing installed on a bearing seat to assist in supporting the pump shaft; The clamp type coupling is rigidly connected to the motor output shaft and the pump shaft respectively, leaving a space distance between the motor output shaft and the pump shaft for convenient mechanical sealing and disassembly of the mechanical sealing gland. When repairing or replacing mechanical seals, there is no need to disassemble the motor and pump cover.
