The boiler igniter generally consists of three parts: ignition controller, ignition cable, and ignition rod. Today Yoyik will introduce you to one of the components: high-energy ignition rod, also known as ignition gun.
The high-energy ignition rod can be made in different lengths, such as 2000mm, 3000mm, etc., according to on-site usage requirements. It uses semiconductor ceramic surface discharge ignition mode, which has high spark Energy conversion efficiency, large spark energy, coking resistance, pollution resistance, good air tightness, and can also ignite normally in humid environment and even in water. The high-energy ignition gun has a simple structure and is not affected (or less affected) by the high fire and large combustion air of the burner.
The application of ignition rods can be applied to gas burners such as natural gas, biogas, hydrogen, and industrial waste gas, as well as to ignition of heavy oil, residual oil, and biomass oil burners. For example, heavy oil or gas burners in asphalt mixing plants are usually equipped with liquefied petroleum gas ignition small gas guns. Natural gas burners with a capacity of over 400Nm3/h will also be equipped with ignition guns.
