LVDT actuator displacement sensor 191.36.09.07 is a common electromechanical sensor used in power plants. In order to improve the reliability of the steam turbine DEH control system, two displacement sensors are installed in each servo-motor to convert the displacement of the servo-motor piston into the electrical signal output of the relative displacement between the iron core and the coil in the sensor as the negative feedback signal of the servo amplifier. Servo feedback is mainly composed of servo valve, LVDT sensor and control board card. The feedback value of the LVDT sensor and the command value of the servo valve constitute a control closed loop during operation.
LVDT sensor 191.36.09.07 is installed on the slide of governing valve. As the carriage is close to the small seat of the regulating valve, air leakage of the valve rod will cause thermal baking of the sensor, and the working environment is worse. The sensor contains fragile electrical components, such as coils, which have high requirements for working conditions. Therefore, no matter in commissioning or operation, displacement sensor failure occurs. During operation, DEH system sends high selection of displacement feedback signal of LVDT sensor to the control loop. If the sensor fails and does not change dynamically with the actual position of the regulating valve, the action of the regulating valve will be abnormal, causing obvious displacement fluctuation of the regulating valve during the regulating process, and the servo system will cause reciprocating fluctuation of the regulating valve during the regulating process.
Therefore, the installation process requirements of LVDT sensor are very high, and the line has very strict requirements on the working environment, transmission length and line wiring mode. The deflection and looseness of the sensor will cause adverse effects, so it is very important to strengthen the monitoring on the working condition of the sensor in daily patrol inspection. When the wiring terminal of LVDT sensor is loose and the wiring is damaged, DEH system will be abnormal and the servo-motor will swing, resulting in load fluctuation. Secondly, mutual interference between two LVDT sensors in operation, or interference caused by faulty sensor to normal sensor will also lead to swing of hydraulic servo-motor and unit load fluctuation and other abnormalities.
